You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of QueryDock AI are owned by QueryDock AI Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your indexed content remains your property.
5. Data Ownership
Documents and content indexed through QueryDock AI remain the property of your organization. We do not claim ownership of any content you provide to the service. You retain all rights to your data.
6. Limitation of Liability
QueryDock AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. AI-generated answers are provided as suggestions and should be verified by humans.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of California, USA.

We collect account information (name, email, organization details), usage data (features used, queries made), and technical data (browser, device, IP address) to provide and improve our services.

4. Data Isolation
All indexed content is processed in isolated environments. We maintain strict data segregation between organizations. Your data is never accessible to other customers or used across organizational boundaries.
5. Third-Party Services
We share data only with essential service providers (cloud hosting, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements. We never share your document content with third parties.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting privacy@querydockai.com.
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation. Indexed content can be exported at any time. We never delete data without explicit confirmation.

1. Data Controller & Processor
You (the customer) are the data controller. QueryDock AI Inc. acts as the data processor, processing personal data only on your documented instructions.
2. Sub-Processors
We maintain a list of approved sub-processors. We will notify you of any changes to sub-processors at least 30 days in advance.
3. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in compliance with GDPR requirements.
4. Data Deletion
Upon termination of services, we will delete all personal data within 90 days unless retention is required by law. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
